(1) Description of Giveaway – Just Plugs, LLC (the “Sponsor”) is offering the “Just Plugs® Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) and will award prizes via a random selection from eligible entrants. The overall Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Feb 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 1, 2010. (“Overall Promotion Period”). Within the Overall Promotion Period there are a number of Monthly Drawings (“Monthly Drawings”) conducted on the 1st Monday of each month. The Promotion is intended for participation only in the United States and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by United States law. Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not physically located in the United States at time of entry. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities (defined below), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.
(2) Eligibility - The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other US territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Just Plugs, LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not), (collectively “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all other US territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
(3) How to Enter – There are four ways to enter. (a) Purchase any Just Plugs® product on-line at www.justplugs.com and receive one (1) automatic entry for each product purchased during the Promotion Period. (b) Via on-site entry: If you are attending a race event at which the “Just Plugs Girls” appear, request an Official Entry Form from any Just Plugs representative; complete the Official Entry Form with your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address and phone number including area code. Return your completed Official Entry Form to the Just Plugs representative or deposit it in the entry receptacle at the event. (c) By mail: Hand print your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address and phone number including area code on a 3” x 5” card and mail the card in a hand-addressed envelope to: Just Plugs Giveaway , 1999 Morris Drive, Niles, Michigan 49120. Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2009 and received no later than Feb 1, 2010. Limit, one entry per envelope. (d) On-line: Complete the registration form at www.justplugs.com/sweepstakes.html with your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address and phone number including area code. With some of the entry methods, you will have the option to “opt in” to receive subsequent electronic communication from the Sponsor and/or the Promotion Entities. Opting to receive further information is not a requirement for entry in the Sweepstakes nor does it increase your chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter via any of the entry methods.
Entries that are incomplete, contain irregular or invalid information, are late, lost, mis-directed or illegible or are corrupted in any way are void. Information collected from an entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Promotion Entities or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from the Sponsor and/or Promotion Entities. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.justplugs.com/privacy_policy.html.
(4) Monthly Prizes Available and Drawing Schedule – One (1) Just Plugs Prize Pack will be awarded in each of the twelve (12) Monthly Drawings. The Just Plugs Prize Pack includes one (1) pair of JUST PLUGS: RACE PLUGS, one (1) pair of JUST PLUGS: BEVERAGE BOTTLES, one (1) pair of JUST PLUGS: SHOTGUN SHELLS, one (1) pair of JUST PLUGS: RIFLE BULLETS, and one (1) Just Plugs branded bottle opener. There are a total of twelve (12) Monthly Prizes available with a total overall approximate value of $540. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Drawing. All entries received by the deadline/end date for each Monthly Drawing are eligible for that Monthly drawing as well as any subsequent Monthly Drawing(s).
Potential monthly winners will be contacted within five (5) business days of the drawing by phone and/or e-mail (“Prize Notification”) to confirm prize acceptance and to verify mailing address for the prize. Potential winners must respond within five (5) days of Sponsors first Prize Notification with requested information; potential winners failing to comply with this requirement will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
(5) General - Entrants grant Sponsor the right to use and publish winner's proper name and State of residence online in connection with the Promotion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor so determines without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. No prize recipient shall be permitted to replace his/her designated prize with another prize or item or redeem his/her prize for cash. Promotion entities reserve the right, exercisable at any time in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor. Any costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, is the winner’s sole responsibility. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
All decisions of the Sponsor in any matter relating to this Promotion shall be binding and final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or web site. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, late, lost, mis-directed or postage-due mail or for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, howsoever caused, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any, aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
(6) Winners List - To receive the list of winners of prizes, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by March 1, 2011 to: Just Plugs® Giveaway - Winners List, 1999 Morris Drive, Niles, Michigan 49120. (WA and VT residents may omit return postage.)
